PSA: my beater hit 200,000 miles in the Starbucks lot on Route 9 and I just sat there
Rolled over the big 2-0-0 right as I pulled into the meet spot in Fairfax, and the odometer pic got more attention than the car itself. Nothing broke, which honestly feels like the real win here. What's the highest mileage ride anyone's brought to a Saturday meet, and did it actually survive the drive home?

Ha, that is a way better spot than some random parking lot on the highway so at least you got a story out of it. My old Corolla rolled past 250k somewhere around the Shenandoah and I did not even notice until I got gas two days later, so your timing was way sharper than mine. The car itself made it another year before the transmission started slipping on hills. There is something about a high mileage car at a meet that gets people more hyped than a clean build, because everyone knows the real flex is just keeping it alive. Did the odometer number actually stay put for a second or did it flip right as you grabbed the pic
