Just figured out why my car got egged at the Saturday meet on 5th

I parked in the coffee shop's customer-only spots without buying anything for two hours last weekend, and now I'm wondering if anyone else has gotten the cold shoulder from a meet crowd over parking etiquette or if it was really just some random jerk with a carton of eggs.
