That $70 knee kicker was a mistake from day one
Bought a lightweight knee kicker off the internet six months back because the price was right. Took three jobs before the padded plate cracked right down the middle. Spent a Saturday in Charlotte driving to three supply houses before finding a proper metal one for $140. Should have listened to the old guy at the counter who said you only buy that cheap version once. Anyone else had a tool fail at the absolute worst moment on a stair install?
