Customer's dog ate half my seam tape mid-install
Tuesday, I'm doing a bedroom in Naperville and the owner's lab mix jumps right into the room. Grabs the roll of seaming tape before I can react. Chewed about 40 feet of it into confetti. Owner laughed, said 'he does that with everything.' I charged her for a new roll and a 15 minute coffee break while I re-ran to the supply shop. Has anyone else had pets wreck materials on site, or am I the only one who now locks doors even in the middle of a job?
