Changed my mind on the oscillating trimmer after 12 years
Always thought those multi-tool trimmers were overpriced gimmicks, but I picked one up for $89 at the supply house in Tacoma last month for a tricky spiral staircase job. Used it to slice the old tack strip flush against a curved wall where my knee kicker refused to fit, and it cut through like butter. Now I'm wondering if I should've bought this back in 2012 instead of fighting with a razor knife forever. Anyone else have a tool they avoided for years and then wished they'd gotten it sooner?
