A customer in Phoenix asked me to leave a small wrinkle in her new carpet
She said her old dog, a 14 year old lab named Buddy, always slept on that one spot and she wanted it to feel the same for him. I was in her living room, knee deep in padding, and it just hit me how much a simple floor can mean to someone. Has anyone else had a request that made you see a job in a different way?
