Switched from hand nailing to a pin nailer for crown moulding, never going back
Used to spend a full afternoon hand nailing crown in a 1,200 sq ft living room, cursing every time I split a piece of pine. Picked up a cheap pin nailer two years ago after a buddy in Denver swore by it, now that same job takes me under two hours with zero putty touch-ups. Anyone else made the jump and regretted losing the feel of a hammer, or am I just the last guy to get with the program?
