Ever think a small mistake couldn't ruin a whole project?

It's the same pattern with relationships or even getting in shape. One skipped workout or one harsh word usually doesn't wreck things, but a bunch of them add up until you're staring at a total disaster. Everything's just a web of tiny, stupid choices.

Remember that one missing zero in a budget spreadsheet? It can turn a healthy profit into a layoff notice. A single line of bad code can crash a website for millions of users. Those tiny errors compound, like a crack in a dam that nobody fixes. What starts as a small oversight often becomes the reason a project fails completely.
