After a decade in the trade, my knees are starting to complain
After ten years of carpentry, my knees are giving me grief every time I kneel. It's to the point where I'm thinking about better knee protection. What brands have you found that are both comfortable and durable? Also, any stretches or exercises that help with joint pain?

After a decade in the trade" is the real story for so many skilled jobs. You see it with plumbers, roofers, everyone. The body just keeps a tally of all the hard work. Good gear helps, but it's a reminder that the work takes a real toll over time.
