Wasted $1,200 on a 'career coach' who just read me job listings from Indeed

I paid a guy $1,200 over three months for weekly calls and he literally copy-pasted LinkedIn job posts into our chat and called it strategy, so has anyone else dealt with coaches who offer zero actual help?

Paid a "business consultant" $800 for a package. Second call she spent 45 minutes telling me to update my logo colors because blue "doesn't convert." Then she sent me a PDF of free Canva templates she downloaded off Pinterest. Total waste of money. Mine basically told me to use hashtags I already knew about and then disappeared when I asked for actual numbers. These people know they can cash in on people who are desperate and just trying anything.
