@lisa_hill23 has a point though - maybe this whole story is just hyping up a normal reboot with some dramatic flair to make it sound bigger than it was. Too often people turn a routine task into a war story for clout.

Describe the actual server crash. Was it a database meltdown, a full disk, or something weird like a bad update? Need the details on what broke and how you figured it out.
