The one question I ask in every interview that filters out bad bosses fast
After 3 dead end jobs in 2 years I started asking 'what does your best employee do differently than everyone else?' during the interview. If they can't answer in under 20 seconds, that's a huge red flag. Got a job in St. Louis last month and the hiring manager lit up with a specific answer about their top guy. Has anyone else tried something like this to screen companies?
