Found a trick that made my resume actually get read by real people

After 40 applications got zero callbacks for office jobs, I rewrote my resume so every bullet point started with a specific number or dollar amount and got 3 interviews in 2 weeks has anyone else seen results from adding hard numbers like that?

Yeah and honestly I knew a guy who put his college GPA on there as 2.1 and still got hired for the shock factor.

Good for him I guess, but that's not really a strategy most people could pull off.
