Can we talk about the 3 month mark in a career switch where imposter syndrome just hits different?
I switched from retail to IT support 6 months ago and the first 3 months I felt great, but month 4 hit and suddenly I forgot how to even reset a password, and it took me 2 weeks to realize I was just exhausted from learning everything new at once, has anyone else had that weird delayed crash?

Oh man, that delayed crash is a real thing. It's like your brain finally lets its guard down and all the learning debt comes due at once.

Buddy of mine slept 14 hours after a big workshop.
