A simple skills inventory chart got me past my recruiter dead end

After 15 interviews with no offers last quarter, I made a sheet listing every task I actually do in my office job and matched each to a role I wanted. I noticed I kept selling my reporting work as admin work, but it was really data cleanup and analysis. Once I started calling it that in interviews, I got 3 callbacks in 2 weeks. Has anyone else reframed their everyday duties and seen a fast shift like that?
