PSA: The $60 resume review service I tried was a total waste

I paid a service called Resume Boosters $60 to review my resume. They just changed my font and moved a few bullet points around. No real advice about keywords or tailoring it to the job I wanted. I should have just asked a friend in HR to look at it for free. Has anyone found a resume service that actually gives you good advice?

did you actually tell them what kind of job you wanted? i used a different service and they asked for the job description first then actually helped me match keywords from it. might be worth being super specific about what you need next time.
