Just realized my paper to-do list beat every app I tried for my job hunt
I spent two years bouncing between three different task apps, color coding, due dates, the whole thing, and still forgot to follow up on a job lead until it was 11 days cold. Last Tuesday I grabbed a 99 cent notebook from the drugstore on my lunch break, wrote down every company I applied to, and crossed them off one by one, and I actually got two callbacks because I could see who I hadn't checked in with. Does anyone else find the dumb paper version works better than the fancy stuff?
