I messed up a big presentation at work last Tuesday

I was in the conference room at our office in Denver, ready to pitch to a client we'd been chasing for months. My laptop froze right when I clicked to show the financial forecast graph, and I had to pull up the numbers from memory while the IT guy fixed it. The client actually laughed and said it made me look more real, not less, and they signed the deal anyway. Has anyone else had a tech fail turn into a win like that?
