Got ghosted after a virtual interview, then the manager called me 2 months late
A hiring manager at a logistics firm in Phoenix ignored me for 8 weeks after a video call, then suddenly offered me the job with zero apology, and I turned it down because if they treat candidates that way, imagine how they treat staff, has anyone else dealt with a late callback like that and taken it as a red flag?
