Absolutely! I've seen the exact same thing happen. Clear plans upfront stop so many small mistakes before they even happen, like someone forgetting a key tool or material. It really does give everyone, especially the quiet folks, a solid place to start talking from so nothing gets missed.

Yeah, it's great for team morale too! I've noticed newer people speak up more when there's a clear plan from the start, so they're less nervous about asking "dumb" questions.
