Applied to 30 jobs online and got nothing, then walked into a shop on 5th Street and got hired in a week
I sent out 30 applications through those job sites over 4 months and got two automated rejections. Then I walked into a small print shop on 5th Street here in Cincinnati with a paper resume, talked to the owner for 15 minutes, and had a start date by Friday. Is the online application thing just a black hole for everyone else too, or am I doing it wrong?
