A recruiter from a firm in Dallas ghosted me after three rounds of interviews last month
I mean, I went through a full day of meetings, gave them a project plan, and even talked salary. They said they'd get back in a week, but it's been over four weeks with zero word. I had to follow up three times just to get a canned email. Has anyone else dealt with a big company just going silent like that? What did you do?

Classic corporate move right there. They probably had an internal hire lined up the whole time and were just going through the motions. I'd name and shame them on Glassdoor, because that's just a waste of everyone's time.

And what was the interview process like, did they give you any real feedback or just that generic "we went with another candidate" line? That's always the tell, when they won't actually say why you didn't get it. I've had places ghost me for three weeks after four rounds of interviews, then post the same job listing again like nothing happened. Did you notice if the job posting got taken down right away, or did it sit there for a bit?
