A recruiter from a firm in Dallas ghosted me after three rounds of interviews last month
I mean, I went through a full day of meetings, gave them a project plan, and even talked salary. They said they'd get back in a week, but it's been over four weeks with zero word. I had to follow up three times just to get a canned email. Has anyone else dealt with a big company just going silent like that? What did you do?

Classic corporate move right there. They probably had an internal hire lined up the whole time and were just going through the motions. I'd name and shame them on Glassdoor, because that's just a waste of everyone's time.
