Put a $30 eBay intake on my Civic and my check engine light came on 12 miles later
I figured a cheap cone filter couldnt hurt a stock 2003 DX, but the MAF sensor hated all that extra air and I limped it home running rich as hell. If you go this route, plan for a tune or at least a reflash, because the stock computer doesnt just roll with it. Anyone else run into this or did I just get a bad kit?
