I was watching a local news thread on Friday and saw a 2018 video of a baker in Austin, TX using a slur about a customer's outfit, then smiling at the camera. The clip resurfaced with 2,400 shares in 4 hours and the shop lost its weekend catering contract worth $1,800. What gets me is the owner posted a text apology that read more like a legal waiver than regret, and now half the town wants her gone while the other half says it was a joke gone bad.
