Pro tip: screenshot everything before the mob gets to it

I watched a small creator I followed lose 40k followers in 3 days over a clipped joke, and when the receipts started flying both sides were editing screenshots. I started archiving my own posts and DMs on a spare drive, saved my butt when someone twisted an old take of mine last Tuesday. Anyone else keep personal backups of their own words, or am I just paranoid?
