Gaslit by my own rooster for 3 months straight

Kept thinking my Leghorn was sounding weird at 5am turns out it was my neighbor's Amazon delivery van backing up every morning. Realized after I recorded the audio and played it for my buddy at the feed store who laughed his ass off. Anyone else get fooled by mechanical noises sounding like poultry?

Wait, so how long did it take you to figure out it wasn't just your rooster having an off day? I'm trying to picture you standing there holding your phone up at 5am recording a bird, thinking you're being a good chicken dad, and then your buddy at the feed store is basically howling. Did you go knock on your neighbor's door and ask if they knew their van sounds like a Leghorn with a cold? Because I would have been mortified if I was you, but I'd also have to give them a hard time about it.
