I was going through the old tweets of a gaming channel I used to follow and found out he got run off the platform in 2021 over something he posted when he was 19, back before he even had 100 followers. The wild part is that his apology video has 4 million views and the original tweet had like 12 likes when he wrote it, which makes me wonder how much of a cancellation is real anger versus people just piling on because everyone else is. Does anyone here actually think a 7 year old tweet from a teenager should end someone's career, or am I just old and out of touch on this one?
