Love this simple trick for avoiding huge headaches later. Smart organization really is just doing the slightly annoying thing now so you don't hate yourself later (I should apply this to my entire life, honestly). It's proof that the best solutions are often the simplest ones.

Actually sometimes the annoying thing now feels impossible when you're already overwhelmed. The simple solution is only simple when you have the energy to see it.
