Fiber drum torque specs saved me an hour on a redo

I kept getting intermittent signal loss on a drop in Austin, finally checked the manufacturer torque chart for the fiber drum instead of guessing by feel, and it turned out I was way over tightening the connector, anyone else ever chase a ghost issue that was just a torque wrench problem?
