Vent: Saw a new shop in Denver using a band saw I've never seen before

I was visiting my sister in Denver last week and walked past a new butcher shop called 'Highland Cuts'. They had this band saw in the window, a Javelin model I think, with a really thin blade and a weird guard setup. The whole thing looked super fast for breaking down primals but maybe not great for teaching someone. Has anyone used one of those or know if they're worth the hype?

A Javelin in a shop window? That's a serious piece of gear for a new spot. Those thin blades are scary fast if you know what you're doing.
