My 25 lb stuffer blew a gear mid batch on Saturday, 40 pounds of pork and no backup
Heard a pop and the crank went loose, so I hand cranked the rest into casings and it took me till 9pm. Anybody got a stuffer that actually holds up on back to back runs or am I asking for too much?
