Thought the "just hit it with a hammer" fix for my busted dryer was a joke until a guy on YouTube saved me $180
My dryer quit spinning 3 weeks ago so I pulled the whole drum out, broke a clip I didn't need to touch, and was about to buy a new one when some guy with 400 views showed me it was just a $9 belt that slips and the hammer comment was about tapping the pulley loose, so has anyone else had a simple fix make them feel dumb for going nuclear first?
