Switched our shop's backup line to fiber last November and the outages just stopped
We were on cable for 3 years and lost the card reader maybe twice a week, then 8 months on a fiber line in Dayton and we've gone down exactly once, and that was a power issue, not the line. Curious if anyone else made the jump and saw the same thing, or if we just got lucky with the install.
