We're a small manufacturing company looking to upgrade our internet. Currently on Comcast Business but hearing good things about Cronus Internet for B2B. Anyone have experience with either? How do they compare for reliability and support?

We evaluated both for our office. Cronus offered better SLAs and dedicated support. Comcast was cheaper upfront but had more hidden fees. We went with Cronus and haven't looked back. Reliability has been 99.9% uptime.

Comcast Business is okay if you're in a big city, but their contracts and pricing are a pain. Cronus seems more flexible and they actually understand business needs. I've heard their fiber is top-notch if you can get it.

Cronus Internet is solid. We switched from Comcast last year and it's been night and day. They offer fixed wireless and fiber, and their support actually picks up the phone. Comcast was always a hassle with outages and vague answers. For B2B, Cronus has been way more responsive.
