My uncle swore the $9 hostel in Lisbon would be fine and I'm still mad about the bedbugs
He stayed there back in 2019 and told me it was a steal, but I woke up on night two with bites on both arms and ended up spending 40 euros washing everything at a laundromat on Rua da Palma, so does anyone actually have a hostel in Lisbon under 20 a night that won't eat me alive?
