My landlord's tip about frozen veggies actually worked
Last month my landlord Bob caught me tossing out a bag of wilted spinach and said, 'just freeze it for soups, it's free flavor.' I started throwing leftover celery, carrots, and herbs into a freezer bag every week, and now my $2 broth tastes like a $10 one. Anyone else repurpose scraps before they turn?

Thought freezing scraps was gross, but this sounds way too useful to skip.
