Three months ago I would've laughed at your brother honestly. I used to just grab chicken breasts or thighs because a whole bird felt like too much work. But then I tried it once during a lazy Sunday and ended up with enough meat for like 4 meals plus broth from the bones. Now I'm that person who actually looks forward to roast chicken night. Ngl it completely flipped my thinking on meal prep and saving money.
