Just realized I've been picking chicken thighs over breasts for over a year now
I used to always grab the boneless skinless breasts because they seemed healthier, but thighs are like half the price and way harder to dry out in a pan. Anyone else make the switch and just never look back?

Bold move admitting that in public, chicken breast loyalists are gonna come for you. Thighs are just objectively better though, like why punish yourself with dry rubbery meat when juicy flavorful dark meat exists and costs less. The only people still buying boneless skinless breasts are either meal prepping for a competition or they haven't figured out that thighs basically cook themselves without turning into shoe leather. I made the switch like two years ago and now chicken breasts just feel like a sad diet food lie we all bought into. Welcome to the dark side, we have gravy.

Ever try brining breasts? That was the only thing that saved mine before I switched.

Brining saved my chicken too, but honestly @matthew_reed50, now I just save the salt water and use it for my tears over all the dry breasts I cooked before I figured it out.
