Bought a $20 bag of frozen broccoli that was just solid ice after the store's freezer broke down

Thawed it out and got maybe 3 servings of soggy mush before I threw the rest away, has anyone else gotten burned by a store's broken freezer before?

Did you get a refund or just toss it?

@fiona_johnson82 took a loss on that one, learned to always check the return window first.
