That iPhone 6s battery swap in 2017 still haunts me

Last week I cracked open my old iPhone 6s drawer find and remembered 3 years ago trying to swap its battery on my kitchen table in Austin. The adhesive strips ripped clean off, so I pried too hard with a spudger and bent the logic board corner. Took me 2 hours plus a $30 replacement board from eBay to fix my screwup. Anyone else wreck more phones trying to save money than they ever fixed?
