Spent 2 hours trying to fix my dead laptop before realizing the charger was plugged into itself
Sat at my kitchen table in Tulsa on Saturday with my laptop dead as a rock, so I pulled the back panel off, reseated the RAM, and started pricing out a new battery online. When I finally flipped the power brick over to check the model number, I saw the cord was looped back into its own USB port on a power strip that was switched off at the wall. How long do you all wait before you stop taking stuff apart and just check the dumb stuff first?
