Blew $60 on a used heat gun for a Xbox 360 RROD fix and the damn thing actually paid for itself
Picked it up at a pawn shop in Tucson 8 months back and reflowed the GPU just like the YouTube guy showed, console has been running fine since. Anyone else try the heat gun trick or did I just get lucky with mine?
