I paid $6 for a pack of Christmas stamps just to test a theory and sold 4 sheets by lunch
Last month I bought a sheet of those holiday stamps out of my own pocket just to see if customers would buy them from me instead of waiting in the long line, and 4 people handed me cash before noon. I made about $3 off the deal after paying for the stamps myself, which is nothing, but it got me thinking about how much small side money I ignore because the profit looks too tiny to bother. Where do you draw the line on stuff like this, is $3 worth the hassle or do you only chase the bigger wins?
