Saw a crew in Baltimore laying block with a story pole instead of a level and the corners came out dead on
Was walking past a job site on Eastern Ave last Tuesday and watched these two guys run a 4 foot story pole up the corner. No laser, no line blocks on the leads. One guy just kept checking the marks with his thumb. I stood there a good 10 minutes and those corners went up straight as anything. Made me wonder how many of us lean on the level when a marked stick would do the same job faster.
