My neighbor's 2 minute comment fixed my whole workbench setup

I spent last Saturday rebuilding my garage workbench for the third time this year, and my neighbor Bill walked over and said, "you keep chasing the perfect layout but your tools are still 3 feet from your hand." He pointed out I had my most-used wrenches in a drawer on the opposite side, and moving them to a pegboard above the bench took 10 minutes, not the 4 hours I kept sinking into rearranging. Anyone else had a stranger or neighbor spot something obvious that saved you a ton of work on a project you thought you had figured out?
