Switched from grow lights to south facing windows for my succulents last February

I used to run LEDs 14 hours a day but my echeverias kept stretching out. Now they sit on the sill and actually stay compact, has anyone else dropped their artificial setup for natural light?

Wait, you were actually getting stretching under lights? I thought that stuff only happened with windows, that's wild.

my cfl bulbs from the hardware store stretched my basil like 3 inches in a week. i had em like 6 inches away thinking that was fine. nope. moved em closer and it stopped but the damage was done lol.
