Why does nobody talk about keeping a paper trail vs. just quitting on the spot
Back when my foreman at the shop in Boise docked my pay over a 20 minute break in 2022, I walked out the same day and got nothing. Now I write down every shift change and every weird comment he makes in a notebook my wife bought me for $4, and last time HR actually backed me up. Is it better to keep receipts and fight it out, or just cut bait and leave with your dignity?
