My manager told me to "fake it till I make it" when I asked for training on the new POS system

She literally said that in front of customers at our coffee shop in Austin last Tuesday, then got mad when I rang up a latte wrong and blamed me for the shortage. Anyone else have a boss who refused to train you and then punished you for mistakes?
