Honestly, my old boss in Phoenix went from okay to a nightmare in about 4 months.
It all started when the company got a new regional manager. Suddenly, my boss started sending emails at 10 PM and expected replies by 7 AM. He also made us track our bathroom breaks on a spreadsheet. The whole vibe just turned toxic overnight. Has anyone else's manager changed that fast after new higher-ups came in?

Tracking bathroom breaks on a spreadsheet is wild! Did the new regional manager bring in these specific rules, or did your boss just start making up his own crazy stuff to look good for them? I'm trying to picture the meeting where someone said, "We need more data on employee peeing.

Regulated bathroom breaks is nothing new, in my world we had a foreman try that once. I just told him straight up, "you want me to keep my hands clean and work fast, or you want me to walk to the front office to ask permission and leave grease on the clipboard?" He dropped it real quick. Sometimes you just gotta make your boss realize how stupid the rule sounds when you say it out loud. If you call their bluff and show them how it slows everything down, they usually back off.
