Unpopular opinion: most people fail at getting up early because they fix the wrong thing first
I fought my 6am alarm for almost two years and kept blaming my willpower. Then my buddy in Phoenix asked one simple thing: what time do you actually go to bed? I was scrolling until 1am most nights, so of course 6am felt like getting hit by a truck. I moved my phone charger to the kitchen, started lights out at 10:30, and within 9 days I was waking up before the alarm. The fix was never the morning, it was the night before. What finally broke your bad sleep habit, and did you try a bunch of stuff that did not work first?
So your whole point is that moving a phone charger saved your sleep? Plenty of people have real stuff going on, like kids or night shifts, that no charger trick will fix. Not saying it didn't work for you, but calling it the fix for most people feels like a stretch.
